1. Overview
This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for services provided by RadyannaSuvar Pvt Ltd ("RadyannaSuvar," "we," "us"). We believe in transparent pricing and fair payment terms. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
2. Pricing Structure
2.1 How We Price
Our pricing is based on:
- Total wall area to be painted/designed (measured in square feet)
- Type of service (basic painting, premium painting, texture, design, mural)
- Quality and brand of materials selected
- Number of coats required
- Surface condition and preparation needed
- Complexity of design (for wall design projects)
- Access difficulty (high ceilings, scaffolding requirements)
- Location within Chennai (standard vs. extended service area)
2.2 Quotation Validity
All written quotations are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to material cost fluctuations or team availability changes.
2.3 Taxes
All quoted prices are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless explicitly stated otherwise. A GST-compliant invoice will be provided upon request.
3. Payment Schedule
3.1 Standard Payment Terms
For most projects, the payment schedule is as follows:
- Advance Payment (30-50%): Due upon booking confirmation, before work begins. This secures your slot and allows us to procure materials.
- Progress Payment (25-35%): Due at the midpoint of the project (typically after surface preparation and first coat are complete).
- Final Payment (remaining balance): Due upon project completion and your satisfaction with the work during the final walkthrough.
3.2 Small Projects (under INR 25,000)
For smaller projects, a simplified payment schedule applies:
- 50% advance upon booking confirmation
- 50% balance upon completion
3.3 Large Projects (above INR 2,00,000)
For larger projects, a customised milestone-based payment schedule will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any UPI app (preferred for speed and convenience)
- Bank Transfer: NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS to our business bank account (details provided on invoice)
- Cash: Accepted for amounts up to INR 50,000 (as per Income Tax Act provisions). A receipt will be issued for all cash payments.
- Cheque: Accepted for amounts above INR 50,000. Cheques should be drawn in favour of "RadyannaSuvar Pvt Ltd." Please allow 3 working days for cheque clearance before work begins.
We do not currently accept credit cards, debit cards, or international payment methods. EMI options are not available.
5. Invoice and Receipt
- A detailed invoice will be provided for every project, itemising the scope of work, materials, labour, and applicable taxes.
- Payment receipts are issued for every payment received (advance, progress, and final).
- Invoices are sent via WhatsApp or email in PDF format.
- GST invoice available upon request (GSTIN will be shared).
6. Late Payment
- Progress and final payments are expected within 3 days of the agreed milestone being reached.
- If payment is delayed beyond 7 days, work may be paused until payment is received.
- Persistent non-payment (beyond 15 days) may result in project abandonment, and you will be liable for all work completed plus materials used.
- We reserve the right to charge interest at 1.5% per month on overdue amounts beyond 30 days.
- We prefer to resolve payment issues amicably and will always communicate before taking any action.
7. Additional Charges
The following may incur additional charges beyond the original quotation:
- Scope changes or additions requested after work begins
- Additional coats required due to surface conditions not visible during initial assessment
- Premium materials substituted at client's request
- Work on Sundays or public holidays (15% surcharge)
- Emergency or rush orders requiring expedited scheduling
- Extended service area locations (travel surcharge)
All additional charges will be communicated and approved by you before being incurred.

9. Price Match
We are confident in our pricing. If you receive a lower quote from a comparable service provider (same materials, same scope, licensed and insured), share it with us and we will do our best to match or beat it while maintaining our quality standards.
